    No. We can build your plan around whatever you have—home equipment, a condo gym, or a full gym. During your consult, Andrea will ask what you have access to and design your plan around it.

    This isn’t “follow along and hope.” Your workouts and/or meal plans are built specifically for your goals, schedule, body, and preferences—and adjusted based on your progress. You also get direct access to Andrea for questions and support, not just an automated program.

    Most clients train 3–4 days per week with sessions that fit into 30–60 minutes. Andrea will help you choose a schedule that works for your real life so you can actually stick to it.
