Hi, I’m Andrea—a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach based in Belleville, Ontario. I help busy women, men, and teens build strong, healthy bodies without giving up real life (or real food).

From 185 lbs to 137 lbs – My Own Turning Point
For years, I struggled with my weight, confidence, and energy.
I was juggling work, two young kids, a husband, and a never-ending to-do list. Like a lot of parents, I put myself last. My workouts were inconsistent, my eating was “all or nothing,” and I felt uncomfortable in my own body.
At my heaviest, I was around 187 lbs. I was tired, frustrated, and honestly, I didn’t recognize the person I was becoming.
Eventually, I knew something had to change—but I didn’t want another extreme diet or a six-week “shred.” I wanted to feel strong, confident, and in control for the long term.
So I started small:
Walking more
Strength training a few times per week
Learning how to fuel my body instead of starving it
Over time, those small changes compounded. I dropped about 50 lbs, leaning out to around 137 lbs, but more importantly, I gained strength, confidence, and a completely different relationship with food and fitness.
That journey is the reason Fit & Fuel 365 exists.

Finding a Realistic Balance
I’m a mom of two, a wife, and I’ve worked full-time while building this coaching business. I understand what it feels like to:
Be exhausted at the end of the day
Struggle to find time for yourself
Feel guilty for focusing on your own health
Want to change—but not know where to start
My own life is proof that you can find a sustainable balance between family, work, food, and fitness—you just need a plan that fits your reality, not someone else’s.
That’s why I don’t coach perfection.
I coach consistency, sustainability, and grace.

I wanted to go beyond my own transformation and really understand the science behind training and nutrition. That led me to the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), where I became:
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
Certified Nutrition Coach

I also started the Belleville Fitness Club, a free community designed to help people move more, connect, and feel less alone on their fitness journey. We share workouts, motivation, walks, hikes, and community events—all built around support, not comparison.
