    What made you decide to start working with Andrea?:
    When I initially spoke with Andrea, she assured me that she could help me improve my relationship with food and help me structure my workouts around not having an ACL in my left knee.

    What were you struggling with before you started?:
    I would eat anything in sight and had zero structure when it came to dieting or eating in general. I also struggled with staying in the gym because I was doing workouts that would cause more harm than help with my poor knee.

    What goals did you have when you began?:
    I wanted to lose fat and learn how to eat within a structured plan, while also learning how to put on muscle and stay consistent in the gym without hurting myself.

    What changed for you while working with Andrea?:
    A lot changed. My confidence in the gym skyrocketed. I feel stronger and more confident in my own body. My lower half feels better than it has in more than 10 years. Not having an ACL is tough, but building muscle around it has allowed me to find confidence in everyday life again.

    What do you love most about working with Andrea?:
    I love the structure and the clear plan that she has laid out for me. I love the transparency when it comes to changing macros or adding in workouts, and if I have questions, she answers them without fluff. Best part is, she’s an absolute beauty and always has time to say what’s up when we run into each other at the gym.

    How do you feel now compared to when you started?:
    I feel stronger, more confident, and I’m not worried about what’s entering my body from a diet standpoint.

    What results or progress are you most proud of?:
    Obviously, dropping pounds is something to be proud of, but I’m mostly proud of just how I feel day in and day out. It’s been a complete lifestyle shift for me.

    What would you say to someone who is thinking about working with Andrea?:
    I would say she’s got your back and will help you out, but you have to be willing to help yourself. If you can’t do that, then her hands are tied. If you take the steps and communicate how you’re feeling, she will do everything in her power to help you out.

    What made you decide to start working with Andrea?:

    I had just started working out last year but was lost when it came to nutrition I really needed help with portions and macros!   

    What were you struggling with before you started?:

    I struggled with eating the right amount of food and what to eat having the meal plans customized to me and what I like really guided me to health eating. I then started struggling with pushing myself during my workouts and did a circuit class and booty boot camp!   

    What goals did you have when you began?:

    To loose fat, and be more physically fit!   

    What changed for you while working with Andrea?:

    My lifestyle, it wasn’t a chore to eat healthy and want to workout it’s a lifestyle change that help me loose 60 pounds in 1 year!   

    What do you love most about working with Andrea?:

    She’s real, she will push you cause trust me that is what you need! She will make you feel like you can believe in yourself again. She’s got a great sense of humor but most of all she cares about you. You’re not just a numbered client. You’re a real person with goals and she will help you succeed in anyway possible!   

    How do you feel now compared to when you started?:

    Stronger, more confident, not scared to push myself.   

    What results or progress are you most proud of?:

    Loosing 60 pounds and going from a side 18 to size 10 or xxl to a medium   

    What would you say to someone who is thinking about working with Andrea?:

    WTF are you waiting for?
    To someone that is lost and doesn’t know what to do next or where to even start, having Andrea for nutrition and fitness to start your journey is all you need. She meal plans, she checks in on you, she sets your workouts. She is the back bone for you to achieve your goals and will give you the momentum and consistency you need.
