Setup & Kickoff

    Not at all. This program is designed for all levels—from people who rarely move to those who already work out.

    We focus on simple, realistic habits like walking more, drinking more water, improving food choices, and doing beginner-friendly workouts. Each person can go at their own pace, choose their difficulty level, and participate in a way that feels comfortable for them. No one has to be “in shape” to start.

    Privacy is a top priority.

    • Each participant has their own private app account where they can log steps, workouts, water, sleep, and meals.

    • Individual data is not shared with other staff or management.

    • When we send updates, we report team and group-level results only (total steps, workouts completed, etc.), not anyone’s personal numbers.

    The goal is to make everyone feel safe and respected, while still giving leadership useful insight into overall engagement.

    We’ve built this to be very simple to use, even for people who don’t love technology.

    • The app is straightforward and visual, with clear buttons for logging steps, water, workouts, and meals.

    • We provide easy “getting started” instructions and can include a short walkthrough at kickoff.

    • Most staff only need a few minutes to get comfortable—even if they’re not used to fitness apps.

    If someone prefers to keep it ultra-basic, even just tracking steps and water is a win.

    • Remote staff, different rooftops, or multiple offices can all be added to the same challenge inside the app.

    • You can create teams by location, department, or role (e.g., Store A vs Store B, Sales vs Service, East vs West).

    • Everyone still gets their own private login, but all their activity rolls up into their team totals for the leaderboard.

    It’s a great way to connect teams that don’t see each other every day.

    • We handle the program structure, app setup, and weekly team updates.

    • Managers mainly:

      • Approve the challenge format and dates

      • Help communicate the kickoff to staff

    Most managers spend just a few minutes a week mentioning the challenge in a meeting or forwarding the update email. We do the heavy lifting in the background.
