No. Personal training is how you get fit. Andrea works with beginners, restarters, and experienced lifters. Every session is tailored to your current level and comfort.
We’ll use whatever you have—dumbbells, bands, or just bodyweight. During your consult, Andrea will review your setup and suggest simple additions only if needed.
Most clients start with 1–3 sessions per week, depending on their goals, budget, and schedule. You’ll decide together what makes sense for you.
