That’s why her one-on-one sessions are designed to teach you proper form, create effective workouts tailored to your goals, and help you feel at home in any fitness space.
Along with your in-person personal training sessions, you’ll get full access to the Fit & Fuel 365 app, where you can easily track your workouts, weight, body measurements, and progress over time. It’s all about making sure you can see—and feel—how far you’ve come.

My personal training sessions are designed as a short-term program to help you build confidence, master the basics, and feel comfortable working out on your own. Most clients train with me for a few weeks to a couple of months before transitioning into a full routine with coaching support.
Not at all! Many of my clients are brand new to the gym—or returning after a long break. I’ll guide you every step of the way and meet you where you are.
That’s exactly what this program is for. I’ll walk you through how to use machines and weights properly, so you feel confident, safe, and empowered every time you walk into the gym.
While in-depth nutrition coaching is separate, your personal training sessions include basic guidance. Many clients move into my full Fitness & Nutrition Coaching Plan after training to continue their progress with personalized meal plans.
Yes! You’ll get access to the Fit & Fuel 365 app to track your workouts, progress, and more—even between sessions.
