26G Protein Pancakes


Cloud-soft, diner-style pancakes packing 26g protein per 3-stack—no chalky taste, no fuss. One bowl, golden edges, ready in minutes. Yield: 12 pancakes (¼ cup each) → 4 servings of 3 pancakes

Macros (per 3 pancakes): Macros do not include extra butter or syrup. Use sugar-free maple syrup to keep calories low.

Ingredients:


  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup vanilla whey protein

  • 2½ tsp baking powder + pinch of salt

  • 1½ cups milk (any)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)


Directions:


  1. Whisk dry: flour, protein, baking powder, salt.

  2. Add wet: milk, eggs, butter, vanilla → mix just smooth (thick is right).

  3. Heat & grease a non-stick pan (med-high).

  4. Scoop ¼ cup batter; spread slightly.

  5. Cook 2 min to bubbles/defined edges → flip ~2 min.

  6. Stack & serve (use sugar-free maple syrup + berries).



Pro tips:


  • Use sugar free maple syrup to avoid additional calories!
