Cloud-soft, diner-style pancakes packing 26g protein per 3-stack—no chalky taste, no fuss. One bowl, golden edges, ready in minutes. Yield: 12 pancakes (¼ cup each) → 4 servings of 3 pancakes

Ingredients:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup vanilla whey protein
2½ tsp baking powder + pinch of salt
1½ cups milk (any)
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Directions:
Whisk dry: flour, protein, baking powder, salt.
Add wet: milk, eggs, butter, vanilla → mix just smooth (thick is right).
Heat & grease a non-stick pan (med-high).
Scoop ¼ cup batter; spread slightly.
Cook 2 min to bubbles/defined edges → flip ~2 min.
Stack & serve (use sugar-free maple syrup + berries).
