Not at all! My bootcamps are designed for all fitness levels—from beginners to seasoned athletes. Every exercise is scalable, with modifications available so you can go at your own pace and still get an awesome workout.
Bring a water bottle, a mat or towel for floor work, and a set of light to moderate dumbbells if you have them (I’ll let you know in advance if they're needed). And of course—wear comfy workout clothes and sneakers!
Each session is about 45–60 minutes of high-energy, full-body training. Sessions are typically held 1–2 times per week during the summer months. You’ll get all the details once you sign up!
Safety comes first, so if weather conditions make it unsafe or uncomfortable, I’ll reschedule or move the workout to a virtual format. I always keep you updated via email or the Fit & Fuel 365 app.
You’ll be part of an encouraging group of like-minded people who are all there to get stronger together. I create a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone feels included—no judgment, just motivation, accountability, and a lot of high fives!
